What started as a 5,000 square foot lease, resulted in a $1 Billion acquisition. Dr. Wise was retained for advice, direction, and tasked with the disposition of 50,000 square feet of office space, acquisition of 25,000 square feet of flex space, project management for the new location, and integration of the newly acquired company.

Retained by FSW to relocate their 110,000 square foot office and studio location, Dr. Wise and his team instead created an opportunity to keep the current facility while reducing overhead and improving the location to suit Fox’s needs. Total budget: $30,000,000.

Health & Fitness
Dr. D. has devoted most all of his life to health and fitness. He was a personal trainer to Hollywood's elite from 1990 to 1997. He was Mr. Pacific States two years running in 1990 & 1991 for the All Natural Body Building Association. He competed internationally in 1993 in Nobioka Japan and placed 6th in his division. As an advocate for health and wellness, Dr. D. implemented knesiology and nutritional counseling before such terms became mainstream. Today, Dr. D. is a living testament to health and fitness at 58 years young!
